OBEN ARTE emerges in 2023 as a virtual art office, with administrative headquarters and collection located in São Paulo, Brazil. Its focus lies in the research, promotion, and commercialization of contemporary and popular Brazilian art, showcasing renowned artists whose production began in the 1950s, such as Mira Schendel, Sergio Camargo, and Anna Maria Maiolino, as well as highlighting emerging talents.

Under the direction of Leonardo Servolo and Glenderson Matias, OBEN's mission is to build and disseminate a collection that values the diversity and power of artistic production in Brazil. This mission is grounded in research on artworks and artists that represent the different expressions and perspectives present in the national art scene.

The choice of the name "OBEN" originating from the German language and connotating "above," was intentionally and symbolically made, representing an interpretation that encourages elevating and promoting art, recognizing its social importance as a source of knowledge and sensitivity, thus emphasizing its cultural and intellectual value.
